EUROCHILL  \  2011  \  BRANDING  \  LOGO DESIGN

Euro-Chill: A Cooler Identity for a Trusted Brand

In 2011, Euro-Chill, a brand under U-Save F&B Equipment Pte Ltd, commissioned me to redesign its logo. As a leading supplier of commercial kitchen and F&B equipment in Singapore, U-Save wanted a fresh, modern identity for its range of chillers and freezers.

Concept & Execution

The project began with in-depth discussions to understand the client’s vision. I identified key concerns with the existing logo and explored how the new design could better reflect the brand’s positioning. Through research and brainstorming, I developed initial sketches, refining them into digital concepts.

A key design feature in the final logo is the playful integration of the degree Celsius symbol (°C) within the typography - a subtle yet meaningful reference to the brand’s core function of refrigeration and temperature control. This detail reinforces the brand’s identity while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic.

Production & Results

After presenting multiple design directions, the client shortlisted a few options. Following feedback and iterative refinements, we arrived at the final logo - modern, clean, and aligned with Euro-Chill’s brand identity.

Impact

The redesigned Euro-Chill logo has since been widely adopted across Singapore. Spotting my design in cafés and restaurants has been a rewarding experience - so if you ever see someone taking pictures of a chiller, don’t be surprised!
