DeZaan commissioned a brochure to introduce their premium cocoa powders to pastry chefs in late 2023, requiring a visually rich and informative presentation.

 

Concept & Execution

I designed a brochure showcasing the unique colors and flavors of DeZaan’s range, featuring color swatches, a flavor wheel, and technical details on Dutching and fat content. Sample sachets were integrated for direct product experience, allowing pastry chefs to see, feel, and taste the product directly.

Production & Results

Meticulous attention was given to photography and color accuracy. I collaborated closely with DeZaan to refine content and design, ensuring a high-quality brochure that resonated with pastry chefs.

The brochure effectively introduced DeZaan's premium line to a specialised market, reflecting successful strategic design. The success of this concept led to its adaptation and production for the Japan and Taiwan markets, demonstrating its effectiveness in reaching diverse audiences.
